Whiteboard to production
We take the system end to end: data acquisition at the source, secure transport, cloud pipeline, the analysis or model that makes the decision, and the deployment and monitoring that keep it running after launch.
You get: a working system in production, the infrastructure it runs on, monitoring and alerting, and documentation your team can maintain from.
The part that's hard
Sometimes the team is in place and one component is the problem. A stream that drops messages under load. A model that performs in the notebook and not in the field. An embedded target that won't hold the frame rate. We've been brought in for exactly this.
You get: the specific component built, fixed, or hardened — and a clear account of what was wrong and why the fix holds.
Before you commit
The cheapest time to find a design problem is before anyone writes the code. We'll review a proposed architecture against what actually happens at scale: failure modes, latency budgets, cost at volume, and the operational load you'll carry for years after launch.
You get: a written review with specific findings and recommendations, and the conversation to work through them.
